Before you book
- How to make a booking?
The recommended way is to make a booking online; just fill in all the required information and confirmation is sent to you instantly. You are not required to prepay or enter credit card data in order to secure your booking. For more complicated routes and special requests, sending an email is the best way. You can also make bookings over the phone (although it is a less recommended way); in this case please have your flight number, arrival time and lead passenger name handy to speed up the booking process.
- Travelling with a dog.
If you are carrying a dog please note that the dog must be placed in a dog crate, otherwise we might not be able to accommodate your transport. There are no extra charges for such transport but we might need to use a large vehicle depending on your dog’s size.
- Should I tip the driver?
If you are happy with the service you receive, it’s customary to tip your driver between 5% and 15% of your total charge. This is entirely at your discretion. Even a very small tip will be much appreciated by your driver.
- Will I be sharing the vehicle with other passengers?
For private transfers you and your group will be the sole occupants of the vehicle.
- Do you provide child seats?
Child and baby seats are available on request. You can request child and baby seats in the Extras section of the booking page.
- Are the prices shown per person or per vehicle?
The prices shown are always per vehicle and include all taxes, gratuities, and fees. The number of passengers and bags which can comfortably fit in each vehicle is shown under each car class, but this makes no difference to the price.
- Can I make changes to my booking?
To make a change to your booking please contact Customer Care through either the Contact Form or one of the phone numbers listed below. Customer Care will edit your booking.
- Can I make special requests in my booking, such as champagne/flowers/chocolates?
We may be able to fulfill all special requests. If you would like to find out whether it is possible for us to fulfill your special request, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page before booking. Please note: making special requests in the ‘Note for the driver’ box when booking without speaking to us in advance may lead to your ride not being accepted if the requests cannot be met.
- Where is the meeting point at the airport?
The driver will be waiting for in the arrivals lounge of the airport, holding a sign showing the passenger name provided.
- How do I pay for my transfer?
You can either choose to pay in advance for your airport transport service, or when you’re dropped at your hotel. If you’re paying in advance online our driver will be informed by our system and there’s nothing more you need to do. If you’re paying on arrival by cash or credit card, you’ll pay the full amount when you arrive at your destination.
- I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?
Please contact us via contact form or the number provided. We will create the route for you.
- Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking with no charge up to 24 hours before the pick up. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information. Once we receive your cancellation request we will process it and you will receive a cancellation confirmation.
